The Communications Committee has a cross-cutting outlook on all of the association’s activities. It draws up and executes the organization’s annual communications plan, develops new ways to reach the MBA community, helps promote AMBAQ, and protects the reputation of its members. This committee oversees the internal functioning of the Board, the structure of AMBAQ, the Board’s evaluation, the identification of candidates for the Board of Directors, AMBAQ’s risk assessment, and reviews of major agreements involving AMBAQ. The committee is also responsible for the association’s by-laws and management of annual general meetings. It is made up of various subcommittees that focus on different areas.
